Delivering Impactful Reports for Startup Programs

Design reports not only present information in a more engaging and comprehensible manner but also enhance the overall professionalism and credibility of the organization. A thorough crafted design report can transform complex data into visually appealing narratives that captivate stakeholders, investors, and clients. Project overview

As HUB.ID initiatives grew in scale and impact, it became crucial for Ditjen Aptika to present their data and achievements in a manner that was not only clear and precise but also visually engaging. Ditjen Aptika aimed to enhance the readability and appeal of their reports, thereby ensuring that their efforts in accelerating startups and fostering the digital ecosystem were effectively communicated to a diverse audience, including government officials, industry leaders, and potential investors.

Strategic Design Approaches for HUB.ID Reports

Selaksa was entrusted by the Directorate General of Informatics Applications (Ditjen Aptika) to design three distinct reports for HUB.ID: the 2021-2022 Hub.ID Accelerator Report, the Hub.ID Ecosystem Report, and the 2022-2023 Summit Report. Each of these reports served different purposes and targeted diverse audiences, necessitating unique visual design approaches.

Selaksa adopted a strategic and tailored approach by conducting in-depth consultations with Ditjen Aptika to understand the specific objectives and target audiences for each report.  Ensuring a consistent brand identity, Selaksa used distinctive visual styles to highlight each report’s purpose. The approach included visual development, layout design, and the translation process from Indonesian to English for the HUB.ID Ecosystem Report.
