Temu Gagasan (short for Bertemu, Menggali Inti Rintisan—meeting and delving into the substance of Rintisan) is a monthly onsite talk discussing various topics covered in Buku Saku Rintisan. Launched in 2023, the event was initiated by the Indonesian Ministry of Communications and Informatics (now Ministry of Communication and Digital) as part of Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital. To maximize its reach and impact, Selaksa managed Temu Gagasan program activation, event production, and event awareness through social media, ensuring meaningful audience engagement.

Strategic Program Activation for Maximum Startup Ecosystem Impact

Each edition of Temu Gagasan features three key sessions: Panel Discussion, Startup Profile, and Networking Session. To dive into the latest edition of Buku Saku Rintisan, Temu Gagasan invites fellow founders and ecosystem leaders every month to share their insights on the featured topic.

We curate inspiring speakers whose expertise aligns with the monthly theme, ensuring thoughtful discussions highlighting key takeaways from Buku Saku Rintisan and offering diverse perspectives on the startup ecosystem. To maximize impact, participants are carefully selected through a registration process, with each session limited to 30 participants for a more meaningful exchange.

Optimizing Program Impact with Strategic Branding and Digital Outreach

To optimize the impact of Temu Gagasan, Selaksa executes a strategic social media promotion plan, ensuring strong visibility and engagement before, during, and after the event. 

We build a strong brand presence by designing the event’s visual identity, creating promotional materials to share on @1000startupdigital’s Instagram, and producing exclusive-themed merchandise for speakers and participants.

During the event, we ensure a seamless execution by coordinating with speakers and moderators while providing a live stream for registered online participants.

To extend the event’s reach, we produce highlight videos for YouTube and share event documentation through photo-based social media posts as part of our post-event strategy.
