We’re looking for a Motion Designer Intern to help us bring ideas to life through movement — crafting short animated bumpers, social media videos, and visual transitions that elevate the story and spark attention.
As a Motion Designer Intern, you will…
- Work on short-form content like reels, animated bumpers, and title sequences
- Animate typography, icons, transitions, and simple illustrations
- Edit and enhance video content with motion elements (subtitles, intros, outros, etc.)
- Use tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut to craft final outputs
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose creative animation ideas
- Learn to adapt animations to different platforms, formats, and audiences
- Work alongside the Graphic Designer and Brand Designer teams and supervisor to execute design strategies
About You
You’ll thrive as an Motion Designer Intern if you:
- Have a good eye for timing, pacing, and visual rhythm
- Are comfortable using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other animation/video tools
- Know how to work with music, voice-over, and motion to enhance storytelling
- Are familiar with editing for social-first formats (especially reels and short videos)
- Have a strong understanding of basic animation principles
- Are curious about creative content, motion trends, and how they’re used in campaigns
- Bonus: Have used CapCut for snappy editing
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
